ZAŠTO NAM JE OPORAVAK BITAN?
Oporavak podrazumijeva primjenu različitih dopuštenih mjera i postupaka tijekom odmora koji će omogućiti brzu regeneraciju sportaševa organizma, odnosno obnavljanje potrošenih energetskih, hormonalnih i živčano-mišićnih pričuva i ponovnu uspostavu homeostaze.
Jedna od najboljih biomedicinskih metoda oporavka je masaža. Osnova svake masaže je dodir, jer dokazano je da je masaža najbolji postupak koji dovodi do značajnih upala mišića i zamjetnog umora, bez obzira na ispitanike (sportaši/rekreativci).
Imamo mnogo razvijenih masažnih tehnika, a cilj svih je tjelesna i psihička promjena na bolje. U oporavku sportaša masaža je vrlo važan alat, ona predstavlja pasivnu fazu regeneracije.
Dan nakon naporne utakmice dolazi regeneracijski dan, gdje sportaši primjenjuju masažu (preporuka sapunom) zbog toga što je sapun idealan za otvaranje pora da koža bolje diše, jer dio kisika ulazi kroz kožu pa je zbog toga taj princip važan za masiranje.
Neke od najpoznatijih masaža su: medicinska masaža, sportska masaža, klasična masaža, anticelulitna masaža, masaža lica.

WHY IS RECOVERY SO IMPORTANT TO US?
Recovery means application of various permissible measures and procedures during rest that will allow rapid regeneration of athlete’s body, or restoration of spent energy, hormonal and neuromuscular reserves and restoration of homeostasis.
One of the best biomedical methods of recovery is massage. The basis of every massage is touch, because it has been proven that massage is the best procedure that leads to significant muscle inflammation and noticeable fatigue, regardless of the subjects (athletes / recreationists).
We have many developed massage techniques, and main goal of every massage is physical and mental improve the better. Massage is very important tool in recovery of athletes, it represents a passive phase of regeneration.
Regeneration day come after a hard match day, where athletes apply massage (soap recommendation) because soap is ideal for opening pores so that the skin breathes better, because part of the oxygen enters through the skin and therefore this principle is important for massage.
Some of the most famous massages are: medical massage, sports massage, classical massage, anti-cellulite massage, facial massage.
