When you fell in love with your yoga, then you fell in love whit yourself
Hello my name is Ivana, I am from Macedonia, and I am 32 years old. I do yoga, I love yoga and I almost do it every day. I also go to fitness, aerobics exactly. But now I want to write about yoga generally. Yoga is old discipline from India. It’s spiritual and psihichal. Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. Yoga is the “Sanskrit” word for “union”. A person doing yoga will move from one posture (asana) to another. There are so many different types of yoga, whether you want a more physical class, or an easy, relaxing, meditative class. The first is Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga classes are the best for beginners and and the are a classic approach to breathing, and exercise. There are also Kundalini yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Bikram yoga, Yin yoga, Prenatal yoga, Restorative yoga and others. If you want to be yogi, or live a healthy yoga life you should choose yoga what suits to you and remember always listen to your body firs, then decide.
