Autogenic training

Autogenic training works on the principle of autosuggestion, i.e. it reduces excitement, a state of comfort and relaxation).

At the beginning of the 20th century, the therapy of Autogenic training was developed by the German doctor Schultz. Autogenic training is a technique where we learn to live more simply and cope with life’s circumstances more easily.
Autogenic training exercises establish a balance between the activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of the autonomic nervous system, which stimulates digestion and the work of the intestines, lowers blood pressure, slows the heartbeat and stimulates the functioning of the immune system.

There are many techniques of autogenic training, and they all have the same goal, the improvement of a person’s overall mental and physical state of health.
